Job Description
As an Identity and Access Management (IDAM) professional, you will be proficient in various IDAM tools such as Cyberark, Forgerock, Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Ping/Federate, Sailpoint, and Saviyant. Your expertise will cover technologies related to Access Management including Desktop, Federated, Web-based Single Sign-On (SSO), Kerberos, and SAML. You will also have a strong understanding of IDAM design, workflow, implementation, Identity Governance Framework, Attestation, Access Certification, Role Management, Auditing, Entitlement Management, and XACML. Additionally, you will be familiar with Identity and Account Provisioning and Reconciliation as well as SPML. A day in the life of an Infoscion involves working as part of the Infosys consulting team to address customer issues effectively. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction. You will play a key role in developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and resolving queries related to requirements. Your role will also involve conducting solution demonstrations, workshops, and preparing effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary constraints. You will lead small projects, participate in organizational initiatives, and deliver high-quality solutions that add value to customers" digital transformation journey. To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to create strategies that drive innovation, growth, and profitability for clients. You must stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaborate effectively. Understanding software configuration management systems, financial processes, pricing models, and having domain knowledge will be essential. Client interfacing, project management, and team management skills are also key components of this role.
