As a Global Business Management & Strategy Associate for Institutional Cash Management (ICM) at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, India, you will play a key role in supporting the ICM Organization with various business management topics, sales & strategy analytics. You will have the opportunity to contribute to financial planning, headcount management, talent development, workforce planning, recruitment, cost & revenue analysis, and the design of business strategies and plans. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the ICM Business Management & Strategy function to drive financial transparency, support the sales productivity through process improvements, operations management, and pipeline reporting. You will also work closely with global Sales Teams, Business Management, and Control functions to execute key initiatives such as target operating model changes, revenue opportunity identification, sales performance management, target setting, and analysis of client/pipeline data. Additionally, you will provide crucial support to Sales teams globally to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. To excel in this role, you should be an analytical individual with experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting. A strong team player mentality, coupled with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international, and diverse environment, is essential. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as excellent English language skills, are key requirements for this position.
