Job Description
As an IAO PLM End User Support, your main responsibility will be to provide support to Engineering end users on 3D experience, Enovia/CATIA, and other tools. This includes offering assistance for RNTBCI users on Enovia/CATIA and other CAD/PDM applications, ensuring operational support, methodologies, coaching, and floor walking support. You will actively participate in the end-user incident workflow, resolving incidents at the RNTBCI level promptly or escalating when needed. Additionally, you will be required to explain software functionalities, provide coaching to end users, and maintain a good rapport by delivering quality technical support. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree and possess strong troubleshooting skills in CATIA/Enovia or NX/Teamcenter, as well as other CAD/PDM and CAE applications. Having operational knowledge of relevant tools can be an added advantage. It is essential to have experience in providing Automotive CAD/PDM and CAE support, along with a working knowledge of the Microsoft product suite. Exposure to the ITIL framework is also preferred. Overall, the successful candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and be capable of monitoring the local status of Engineering applications, ensuring overall behavior and performance measures are maintained at a high standard.,
