You are a skilled and experienced HVAC/R Control Electrician looking for a new opportunity to join a growing team in Kuwait. Your main focus will be on the electrical control systems of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, ensuring that they operate at their best in terms of functionality, safety, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC/R systems with a specific emphasis on electrical wiring and control panels. You will be expected to diagnose and repair control circuit issues for various components like compressors, fans, sensors, and thermostats. Calibration and testing of electrical components and control systems will also be part of your daily tasks. You should be proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals. Performing preventive maintenance on all HVAC/R control systems and ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards will be crucial in your role. Collaboration with other technicians and departments is essential for seamless operations. To qualify for this position, you should have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Electronics and a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial HVAC/R electrical systems. Experience working in GCC countries is preferred. You are expected to have a strong knowledge of control systems, VFDs, PLCs, and motor starters. The ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex electrical issues is a must, along with familiarity with international electrical codes and safety standards.
