Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and capable HVAC Site Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repairs of central air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems in both residential and commercial facilities. Along with having strong HVAC system knowledge, the ideal candidate will be able to oversee site operations efficiently. Job Details: Daily Reports: Monitor and update reports about the day's work activities. personnel management: Report your personnel status on a daily basis to the site engineer. Organize labor and supplies in compliance with the project schedule and report any delays to the site engineer. This is known as resource scheduling. Coordination of Technical Matters: Consult the site engineer for any technical inquiries. Control quality by ensuring that superior work is produced with few rejects and in compliance with approved shop sketches. Material Quantification: Accurately calculate the materials based on approved shop drawings, then deliver the required materials to the site engineer as soon as possible. Work Supervision: Assist the Quality team in overseeing and confirming the completion of assigned tasks. Certification: Make sure the finished project is quickly certified by the appropriate authorities. Measurement Submission: Ensure that certified measurements are sent on time to the billing engineer. Material Reconciliation: Make sure that materials are reconciled on time by collaborating with the store manager. Safety Procedures: Ensure that you and every other worker adhere to the workplace's safety protocols.
