Job Description
Finalization of Concept note for HVAC system. Prepare HVAC zoning layouts and air flow diagrams. Discuss with client for approvals on concept note and design scheme. Review design calculations, utility estimations. Discuss with HOD and freeze HVAC system design for given assignment. Prepare Tender document in all respect and send it for approval of HOD. Review co-ordination drawings prepared by draftsman and finalize them by doing necessary value additions. Approvals of vendor documents, Review comments marked on technical submittals and fabrication drawings and provide approved drawings for execution at site. Visit site to access work progress and resolve design related site execution issues. Understand and review new technology upgrades available in market. Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.,
