Male Candidate with BE in Mechanical Eng having 8 years of exp in HVAC Sales and reside in Mumbai Job Responsibilities:- Lead the design team and estimation Eng for complex VRF-based HVAC projects, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements. - Prepare and review detailed technical proposals, drawings, and BOQs with a focus on energy efficiency and cost optimization. - Ensure all estimations are done in accordance with company norms and are detailed enough to maintain post-operational profitability. - Act as a key technical lead and ensure that the execution and procurement teams are fully briefed on the design, estimation, and technical expectations of each project. - Engage with clients, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to pitch solutions and secure projects. - Represent the company at project discussions, presentations, and negotiations. - Identify business opportunities within the Mumbai region and drive revenue growth. - Mentor junior engineers and drive a high-performance culture. - Support the management team in planning and achieving annual business goals. - Ensure project estimates are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the financial targets and profitability norms of the company. - Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain technical and commercial competitiveness.
