Job Title: HVAC Quantity Surveyor Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Mechanical engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in estimating HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing blueprints and specifications to prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates & BOQ. Education: Mechanical Engineering or College Diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in Quantity surveying or construction-related fields is a plus. Technical Skills: Understanding of US HVAC systems and components. Proficiency in Onscreen takeoff software and the ability to learn new tools quickly. Good computer skills, including spreadsheets, email, and file management systems.
