Tips: The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, specifically in Mumbai, with hands-on exposure to VRF systems, a strong industry network, and the ability to lead a technical team and work collaboratively across functions. Responsibilities:- Lead the design and estimation of complex VRF-based HVAC projects, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Engage with clients, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to pitch solutions and secure projects. Identify business opportunities within the Mumbai region and drive revenue growth. - Represent the company at project discussions, presentations, and negotiations. - Prepare and review detailed technical proposals, drawings, and BOQs with a focus on energy efficiency and cost optimization. - Ensure all estimations are done in accordance with company norms and are detailed enough to maintain post-operational profitability. - Act as a key technical lead and ensure that the execution and procurement teams are fully briefed on the design, estimation, and technical expectations of each project. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to these teams during the project Mentor junior engineers and drive a high-performance culture. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain technical and commercial competitiveness. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Candidate must be based in Mumbai and have an existing professional network in the HVAC community. Pitching New Projects all related to VRF-based and Ventilation HVAC projects Experience in preparing and reviewing detailed costing, drawings, and technical documentation.,
