Job Title: HR Operations Trainee Department: Human Resources Location: Mumbai Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will be trained to help with HR tasks such as communication, documentation, employee engagement, and general administrative support. This position is perfect for someone who wants to learn and grow in HR while assisting with daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with internal communication, including drafting emails, announcements, and other HR-related correspondence. Help maintain and organize HR documentation, such as employee records. Support employee engagement efforts, including helping to plan and organize events, activities, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture. Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling HR meetings,Provide support in tracking employee attendance, leaves, and other related records. Assist in preparing onboarding materials and supporting new hires during their onboarding process. Offer overall administrative assistance to the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations. Skills and Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with familiarity in HR software being a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
