TeachMaven, a leading EdTech company located in Bangalore, is dedicated to providing practical, industry-focused training programs for students and professionals throughout India. Specializing in short-term courses, internships, and job-oriented upskilling programs in various technical and non-technical domains. We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Trainee to join our recruitment and operations team. This role will primarily involve 75% recruitment tasks and 25% HR operations. As an HR Trainee at TeachMaven, your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for different roles. - Coordinating interview schedules and ensuring follow-up with candidates for documentation and onboarding. - Supporting the organization of campus drives and internship hiring initiatives. - Maintaining candidate and employee records, and assisting with onboarding processes. - Collaborating with trainers and the operations team to manage class schedules and attendance. Qualifications: - Any graduate or currently pursuing final year (BBA, MBA, or related field preferred). - Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply. Skills Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication. - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. - Enthusiasm to learn and thrive in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
