Job Description
Your main responsibility will be to support the US Cluster teams in managing Benefits. You will report to the HR Shared Services Manager and collaborate with the HR teams based in the US. Your duties will include monitoring benefits enrollments, handling HW 5500 Annual Reconciliation and reporting, managing 401K reconciliation, ensuring ACA compliance, providing incentive funding to individual HSA accounts, maintaining accountability with KPIs, overseeing US Health and Retirement Benefit Accounting, and ensuring that health & retirement benefit accounting adheres to legal and regulatory compliance while managing invoices accurately and on time. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or above, with a preference for a qualification in Human Resources. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Data Accuracy and Analytics, be fluent in English, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office pack (Word, Excel, Power Point).,
