Ensure seamless execution of all HR processes to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and streamline the interview process. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries promptly and efficiently.
