Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. You will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new hires, conducting performance management, and providing feedback. It is essential to have experience in corporate hirings (Non IT Recruitment). Additionally, you will develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company goals and objectives. Regular audits will be conducted to identify areas for improvement in HR operations, and recommendations for solutions will be made. Collaboration with senior leadership to develop strategic plans for workforce planning, succession planning, and competency mapping is also a key aspect of this role.
