Post - HR Manager Location: iSearch Solution Pvt Ltd Experience: 2-4 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Manager with 2-4 years of experience to oversee and enhance our human resources processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, and fostering a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and hire candidates for various roles. Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale. Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance reviews. HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce company policies in line with labor laws. Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintain HR documentation, including employee contracts, policies, and records. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions. Implement career growth and development programs. Ensure accuracy in salary disbursements and benefits administration. Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and track employee performance. Develop strategies to improve productivity and employee satisfaction. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the IT/Digital industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR policies, and labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HRM, Talent Acquisition, or Employee Relations is a plus.
