Job Title: HR & Admin Manager Location: Bhiwandi Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with labor laws Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate with department heads Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Administrative Duties: Coordinate officeoperations and ensuresmooth day-to-day functioning Manage company communications and correspondence Oversee inventory of officesupplies and equipment Assist in budgeting and cost control measures Liaise with external vendorsand service providers Employee Engagement and Workplace Harmony: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives Implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention Housekeeping and Cleanliness Management: Develop and enforce cleanliness standards for the factory and office areas Oversee the housekeeping staff and their schedules Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in managing diverse workforces (blue-collar and white-collar employees) Ex-serviceman, Retired Armed Forces,
