Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resource practices and processes. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies. Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure that we attract and hire the best talent. Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems to drive high performance. Training & Development: Identify training needs and create or procure professional development programs to enhance employee skills. Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Culture & Engagement: develop a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the HR domain with at least 2 years as an Assistant HR Manager /HR Manager. Industry: ANY Education: Bachelors/Master`s in Human Resources or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws. Updating, reviewing, and ensuring accurate maintenance of all employee records and files. Overseeing general administration, organizing events, conducting annual employee surveys. Co-coordinating Performance Appraisal review process, Excellent in multitasking and in HR operations. Ability to build team morale and promote corporate culture. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
