Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and participating in candidate interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Employee Relations: Assist with maintaining employee records and documentation. Participate in activities related to employee engagement and satisfaction. Contribute to the resolution of employee queries and concerns. HR Administration: Provide support in various HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases. Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations. Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Support HR in staying up-to-date with relevant labor laws and regulations. Training and Development: Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops. Contribute to the development of training materials and resources. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
