About Raptee.HV: Raptee.HV is a full-stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (ex Tesla, Wipro). It focuses on bringing a no-compromises upgraded motorcycle to an otherwise scooter-only EV market. Raptee.HV is incubated at CIIC & ARAI and is proud to be the first in India working on HV (High Voltage) technology in motorcycles. Job Summary: As an HR Intern, you will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives that align with Raptees company objectives. Working closely with the HR Team and other departments, you will gain hands-on experience in a range of HR functions, including employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and workplace culture improvement. This internship provides an opportunity to develop key skills and contribute to a dynamic organization shaping the future of mobility. Job Description: Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency. Help identify training and development opportunities to support employee growth and performance. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate coordination, and onboarding. Support employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the HR Team to address employee relations issues and ensure proper resolutions. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong interest in HR operations and employee engagement Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of labor laws and HR processes Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to learn and take initiative in HR activities.
