We have collaborated with 100+ brands across various categories and are now looking to expand our team with enthusiastic and dedicated individuals. Job Description - We are looking for a diligent and motivated HR Intern to support our HR department. This role will primarily involve assisting with recruitment and managing attendance records, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources. Roles and Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition - Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, campus drives, etc.) and data management. * Candidate Management - Schedule interviews, facilitate communication with candidates, provide interview feedback and ensure a seamless interview process. * Onboarding - Help in the onboarding process of new hires (includes pre-onboarding procedures, welcome inductions & documentation), ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming experience. * Attendance Management - Monitor and manage employee attendance & leave records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. * HR Administration - Support day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks as needed. * Competitor Analysis - Conduct market research on competitors to understand their recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing techniques. Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * An interest in HR with a keen approach to identifying people's capabilities and adaptability through effective communication.,
