Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Rigved Technologies in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for tasks such as HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Key responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Part: 1) Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews 2) Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions 3) Help maintain employee records and HR databases 4) Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed Operations Part: 1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data 2. Provide end-user support on HRM systems to employees across the organization 3. Assist in the management of employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations 4.
