Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with people, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Human Resources Intern, your primary responsibility will be to support the HR department in various areas such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities: - Supporting the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. - Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, which includes preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and organizing training sessions. - Managing employee files and ensuring the maintenance of accurate HR records. - Assisting in handling employee relations matters, including investigating and resolving complaints and conducting exit interviews. - Staying updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with both state and central laws. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of HR policies and practices with the company's goals and culture. - Assisting in other HR projects and initiatives as required. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 months of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and benefits administration. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented approach and the ability to maintain accurate records. - Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, state and central employment laws, and regulations. - Capability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Experience with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
