As an intern with FynTune Solution Private Limited, your primary responsibilities will include onboarding recruitment consultants for talent hiring and ensuring maximum participation during the interview period. You will be tasked with screening shortlisted candidates over the phone, communicating employer information and benefits to potential candidates, and scheduling virtual job interviews. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews with hiring managers, prepare employment activity reports in a timely manner, and facilitate the smooth onboarding of selected candidates. Furthermore, your role will involve creating and implementing effective onboarding plans for new employees, developing training and development programs, and providing assistance in performance management processes.
