Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about HR practices and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities (e.g., job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation. Help organize employee engagement activities and events. Assist with performance management tracking and training coordination. Conduct research on HR best practices and employment laws. Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
