Job Roles and Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company culture and workflows. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining confidentiality and fairness. Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution. Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, assist managers in setting goals, and facilitate feedback sessions to enhance employee productivity and development. Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize skill development programs, and monitor their effectiveness to support employee growth and organizational goals. Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR metrics, such as recruitment status, employee turnover, and attendance, to provide actionable insights for management decision-making. Team Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives, contributing to workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in human resources or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
