Role Overview The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing daily HR operations, driving recruitment efforts, maintaining HR records, and ensuring a positive and compliant workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for a human resources professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. Support employee training and development initiatives. Address employee queries and provide timely HR-related assistance. Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and internal standards. Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and welfare programs. Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, reports, and communications. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field. 3 years experience in a Human Resources department. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools. Basic understanding of labour laws and HR compliance. HR certification is a plus.
