We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team remotely and contribute to our growth and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process, including preparing documentation, setting up new employees in Zoho People, and ensuring a smooth transition during offboarding. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in Zoho People, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, including setting up evaluations in Zoho People and tracking employee progress. Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs to support employee development. HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports from Zoho People to support decision-making and improve HR processes. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist, preferably in a remote setting. Hands-on experience with Zoho People is mandatory. Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other HR software tools.
