Job Responsibilities : Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement strategies. Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation. Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues while ensuring a positive work environment. Conduct performance reviews and assist in training and development initiatives. Organize team-building activities, company events, and employee welfare programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Work closely with department heads to support organizational goals. Attended exhibitions and trade shows to promote company products and recruit new talent. Managed and updated social media reviews and posts to enhance brand presence. Key Skills & Requirements : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of HR experience in the IT or gaming industry. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
