Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive located in Baramati. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and general human resources tasks. The role will involve handling all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Location: Baramati (Candidates must be from Baramati or willing to relocate) Position: HR Executive (Male/Female) Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers. Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, and other necessary documentation. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct employee orientation and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. Manage background verification and documentation. Oversee the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and full-and-final (FnF) settlement. Employee Lifecycle Management: Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR software. Draft and circulate official communication, including policies, notices, and other correspondence. Handle employee grievances and provide support for conflict resolution. Ensure accurate calculation and disbursement of CTC components and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.). Policy Development & Compliance: Draft, update, and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. Monitor adherence to company policies and handle disciplinary actions where required. Employee Engagement & Welfare: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Address employee concerns and enhance the overall work culture. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analyses for management review. Maintain records of all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, and exits. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in an HR role managing end-to-end processes. Proficient in MS Office and HR management software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Preferred: Candidates located in Baramati or willing to relocate. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.,
