Job Description

As an HR Executive at our growing startup in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts and supporting essential HR operations. Your main responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent across various departments. Additionally, you will assist with HR administration tasks, including managing employee records, ensuring compliance, and preparing HR reports. We are looking for a candidate with 6 months to 1 year of experience and a qualification of MBA (HR & IT) or BBA. The position is on-site, and the salary offered ranges from 12,000 to 15,000 in-hand per month. You will also have the opportunity to support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction, as well as facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees to ensure they feel welcomed and integrated into the team.
