Role Overview: You will report directly to the executive team and partner closely with leadership to align HR strategy with Droidals business goals as we scale. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels and drive employer branding initiatives. Training & Development: Build continuous learning programs and career pathways that enhance employee skills and engagement. Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation, rewards, and benefits policies to motivate and retain key talent. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all HR processes and policies comply with Indian labor laws and safety regulations. Employee Relations: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture; resolve conflicts effectively and manage grievances professionally. Strategic HR Planning: Align HR priorities with Droidals business goals; forecast future workforce needs and implement HR initiatives that support company growth. People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the HR team to deliver results with integrity and excellence.
