You will be responsible for designing and executing programs that enhance engagement, enable high performance, and support a culture of continuous growth and belonging. Responsibilities: Partner with team leads and managers to identify organizational challenges and deliver strategic people solutions. Design and run internal campaigns and initiatives that drive employee engagement, culture, and retention. Use data and analytics to derive insights, inform decisions, and measure the impact of HR programs. Enable team development through feedback mechanisms, performance management, and learning opportunities. Be a thought partner to managers, supporting them with tools and coaching to enhance team effectiveness. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of onboarding, internal mobility, recognition programs, and feedback loops. Requirements 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong analytical skills and comfort with people data to drive decisions and improvements. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward action.
