You'll gain hands-on experience in various functions of P&C, from Employee relations to organisational development and strategic initiatives. What Youll Do: Collaborate: Partner with HR Business Partners to provide support on a variety of HR projects and initiatives. Engage: Assist in employee engagement activities, including organizing events and creating communication materials. Gain exposure to HR strategies, and employee development processes. Analyse: Help with data collection and analysis to inform HR strategies and decisions. Support: Provide day-to-day support, addressing employee queries and assisting with documentation and processes. Innovate: Contribute your fresh ideas to enhance our HR practices and create a positive employee experience.
