Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources & Business Development Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Executive will be responsible for Human Resource Development, Business Development, HR & Client Management, and Employer Branding tasks on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities-: Human Resource Development and Business Development skills Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively Should have to handle both the position of HR & BDE. To generate leads and source the candidates and interviewing them Employement managemt-: Leave, attendance, perfomance management Should have to handle everything after company's director Important noted-: Should not consider this as a typical 9 to 5 job. Being HRBP you have to manage everything right from HR and Business Operations. Due to meetings sometimes it could be possible to stayback extra, so make sure to be flexible with timings. Make sure you adhere with salary criteria, we're offering upto 20k but only for exceptional and skillful professionals. For rest the criteria is between 12k-20k Your location should not be an issue for this job.
