Job Description

CSM Technologies is looking for qualified candidates having relevant experience in Employee Engagement can apply. Selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out all the employee engagement activities. Experience: 1-2 Yrs Qualification: Any Graduate Location: Bhubaneswar Job Profile Help plan and run programs to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Assist in organizing wellness activities for physical and mental health. Support reward and recognition programs for outstanding employee achievements. Help set up team-building activities, workshops, and social events for a positive work atmosphere. Gather and review employee feedback on engagement and wellness programs to improve them. Contribute ideas for enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture. Track and report the results of engagement efforts to inform future strategies. Communicate with employees to understand their needs and encourage participation in activities. Assist with onboarding new hires and keep track of joining kit inventory. Perform general administrative tasks to support HR activities. Candidate Profile Candidate should have strong hands on experience in MIS and report preparation. Candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills Candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (EXCEL, POWERPOINT and WORD) Candidate should have very good interpersonal skills.,
