As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented HR Operations Associate to join our team and support our human resources functions. Key Responsibilities :1. HR Administration :- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases .- Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management and employee queries .- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations . 2. Employee Onboardin g:- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training coordinatio n. 3. Employee Relatio ns:- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional mann er.- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiativ es. 4. Training and Developm ent:- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for employ ees.- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training progr ams. 5. Compliance and Repor ting:Ensure compliance with labor laws and company poli cies.Prepare and submit HR reports as required by manage ment. 6. Employee Offboa rding: Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews, documentation, and clearance proc edures.Ensure a smooth transition and maintain positive relations with former emp loyees. 7. In-office Ha ppiness: Organize and oversee employee engagement activities and events to enhance workplac e morale.Implement initiatives that promote a positive and enjoyable office env ironment. 8. Awards and Rec ognitions: Develop and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding performance and con tributions.Coordinate award ceremonies and recognition events to celebrate employee ac hievements. Qua lifications:- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a re lated field.- Proven experience in HR operations.- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.- Excellent organizational and time manage ment skills.- Strong interpersonal and communica tion skills.- Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft O ffice Suite.,
