As an HR Administrator at our onsite location in Rohini, Sector 20, Delhi, you will be responsible for various key tasks to support the HR function efficiently. Your work timings will be from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, making it a night shift role. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and updating employee records such as attendance, leaves, and personal data. You will also be handling onboarding and offboarding formalities, ensuring smooth transitions for new and departing employees. Managing HR compliance and statutory requirements will be a crucial aspect of your role, along with coordinating with employees and management to address HR-related queries effectively. Additionally, you will support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and managing documentation processes while ensuring strict adherence to company policies. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1+ years of experience in HR or administrative positions. Freshers with relevant education background are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel and Word is essential for this role. Strong organizational and communication skills will be beneficial, enabling you to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
