Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support employee engagement, feedback, and grievance handling.
  • Assist in organizing employee training, development programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Help implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Administration:

  • Oversee office administration including supplies, housekeeping, and basic facility management.
  • Maintain employee attendance and ensure record accuracy.
  • Handle vendor communications, office purchases, and petty cash management.
  • Support scheduling, event logistics, and internal coordination for the management team.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment.
