Job Description:
As a Human Resource Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in HR to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to find potential candidates.
  • Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and conduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and job requisitions in the recruitment database.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and updates to the HR team.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices is a plus but not required.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote Work: Initial work-from-home arrangement with the requirement to commute to the office as needed based on company requirements.
