Job Description
You should have excellent working knowledge of Excel or Advance Excel. Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management will be beneficial for this role. You must possess knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, as well as proficiency in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to excel in this position. The ability to work effectively in an on-site role is required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the educational or support service sector would be a plus.
