Job Summary:

Talent Bridge HRS is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support recruitment, employee management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about HR functions and willing to learn and grow within a dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding

  • Maintain HR records and databases with high confidentiality

  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records

  • Support employee engagement programs and internal communications

  • Assist in performance review processes and training coordination

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law compliance

  • Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or a related field

  • 02 years of experience in HR or administration (freshers welcome)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and any HRMS (e.g., Zoho People, Keka)
