Job Title: HR Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes within our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment of HR practices with the companys goals, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee satisfaction, development, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals. Advise leadership on organizational development and workforce planning. Recruitment and Onboarding Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection. Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires. Employee Relations Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management to address workplace issues. Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Performance Management Implement performance appraisal systems to monitor and enhance employee performance. Work with managers to identify training and development opportunities. Compensation and Benefits Manage salary structures, promotions, and benefits programs. Conduct periodic reviews of compensation to ensure competitiveness in the market. Compliance and Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Training and Development Identify training needs and develop or coordinate programs to enhance employee skills. Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives. HR Metrics and Reporting Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement scores). Generate reports and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making. Ensure accuracy in calculating wages, bonuses, and deductions. Compliance and Regulations Stay updated on changes in tax regulations, labor laws, and benefits programs. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management or a senior HR role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and systems. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
