As a recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes preparing job descriptions, offers, appointment letters, and confirmation letters to ensure a seamless hiring process. Additionally, you will be in charge of handling the onboarding and induction of new employees to facilitate their smooth integration into the company. Monitoring employee attendance will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Being open to traveling to client locations is essential for this role. This is a full-time position located in Sanpada with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The work will be conducted in person at the designated work location.,
