Working Days: Monday to Friday (Work from Office)
Cab Facility: Drop facility available for female employees only

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and delivering a smooth and effective hiring process that aligns with our organizational goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for prospective candidates

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and recruitment strategies

• Leverage job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals for talent sourcing

• Conduct initial telephonic screenings and evaluate candidate fit

• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and internal teams

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports

• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

• Support onboarding and ensure a seamless experience for new hires

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to understand job requirements and source relevant candidates

• Hands-on experience with job boards, recruitment tools, and networking platforms

• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
