Job Description
As a CRM Management specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining contact, deal, and ticket properties. Your role will involve configuring pipelines, managing data imports, deduplication, and segmentation. You will establish lead scoring models and lifecycle stages to optimize customer interactions. In this position, you will also handle user and access management by creating and managing user accounts, roles, and permissions. It will be essential to maintain security protocols and audit user activity to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Your tasks will include designing and maintaining workflows for lead routing, sales handoffs, and ticketing. You will set up email sequences, notifications, task creation, and follow-ups to streamline processes. Additionally, you will utilize Operations Hub for custom automation and data synchronization to enhance operational efficiency. Reporting and analytics will be a crucial part of your role, where you will build and share custom reports and dashboards. Tracking campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) across teams will help in evaluating the effectiveness of strategies. You will also set up attribution reports and analyze funnel metrics to drive data-informed decisions. To excel in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub. Experience with custom properties, deal workflows, forms, CTAs, and chatbots will be advantageous. Strong analytical skills using HubSpot's reporting tools for data quality management and segmentation strategy are essential. Your ability to translate business needs into automated workflows and optimize processes for lead-to-close and support pipelines will be critical. Experience with third-party integrations and familiarity with HubSpot APIs will be beneficial in streamlining operations. Possessing certifications in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Software, Sales Software, Reporting, and Operations Hub will add value to your profile.
