Job Description
As an experienced HSSE Professional with approximately 11 to 15 years of experience in the Marine & Oil and Gas Industry, you have a strong background in working with a multiethnic workforce. Your expertise includes offshore operations such as Transportation and Installation, Pipe laying, Jacket and Platform Installations, Subsea Diving Operations, surveys, and more. Experience in the offshore industry is highly desirable. Your qualifications include holding certifications such as IOSH and NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. You are well-versed in HSSE management system development and implementation, including conducting internal and external audits. Your familiarity with Risk Management principles and tools like Construction HAZIDs is commendable. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring HSSE compliance at worksites both onshore and offshore. This involves actively participating in risk assessments, safety training, and promoting safe working practices within your team. You will lead by example in prioritizing health and safety, reporting incidents, and following safety protocols diligently. Additionally, you should be prepared to travel to project locations as needed and demonstrate safety leadership by encouraging safe behaviors among your colleagues. Your role will involve preparing HSSE performance reports, conducting onsite familiarization sessions, and collaborating with shore side risk assessment experts when necessary. Overall, your commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, adherence to safety regulations, and proactive approach to risk management will be essential in ensuring the well-being of yourself and others while contributing to the success of the projects you are involved in.,
