Job Description
You will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing balanced and age-appropriate programs for Early Years, ensuring that students have opportunities to observe, question, and investigate. Your role will involve utilizing various instructional methods such as storytelling, artwork, songs/rhymes, hands-on activities, and indoor/outdoor activities to introduce concepts effectively. Additionally, maintaining accurate student records and preparing descriptive reports based on observations during class activities will be part of your duties. Ideally, you should have 2-5 years of experience in Early Years education, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including provided food and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Nallagandla, Hyderabad - 500019, Telangana, or be willing to relocate before starting work. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
