Job Description
As the HRIS Global Reporting Manager at Coats, you will play a crucial role in curating monthly reports for various stakeholders utilizing Power BI and Success Factors. Your responsibilities will include generating the monthly KPI report, Diversity & Inclusion report, and handling adhoc requests. You will also serve as the Lead User for ADP, overseeing monthly invoices, assisting key users with queries, and collaborating with the ADP account manager to enhance system usage. Furthermore, you will lead an internal project focusing on integrating the ADP platform with Axonious to ensure Data Quality. Your principal accountabilities and key activities will involve completing HR KPI reporting in Power BI on headcount, attrition, and diversity to enhance transparency and aid in business decisions. You will collaborate with the Finance team to include CTC data in the KPI dashboard sent to the GET each month. Additionally, you will provide data for HR topics in global audits, annual reports, sustainability reports, UK Insurance, and offer ad-hoc HR reporting support to senior members of the business. Your role will also encompass serving as a Success Factors reporting expert, delivering training to local HR key users on running reports in the system, and spearheading the ADP Key User role to promote best practices and lead the Axonious/ADP integration Project. To excel in this position, you should possess the ability to create engaging reports and presentations using Excel/Power BI, along with experience in Success Factors reporting specifically Canvas/Stories. You should demonstrate self-driven problem-solving skills, strong organization and project management abilities, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and effective communication in English at all organizational levels, particularly with senior HR function members. Building and maintaining strong relationships across different divisions, prioritizing and planning work activities independently, experience in contract management with global vendors, delivering HR data analytics and KPIs, and familiarity with the ADP Platform are also essential qualifications for this role.
