Job Description Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and provide HR guidance and support Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of employees Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale, motivation, and productivity Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, practices, and employment law compliance Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices The Successful Applicant MBA in HR from Tier 1 or 2 College 8 - 10 years of progressive HR experience, with [5] years in HRBP or HR leadership roles Experience in the manufacturing industry (FMCG, FMCD), preferably in the chemical sector, is highly desirable.
