Mandatory Skills needed- experience in handling or taking up digital initiatives, have made some impact with bringing in new policies which has helped the business cause, Implementation of new HR Systems, Critical thinking, employee engagement, learning and development, talent recruiting, pre/post on-boarding, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compliances, Stakeholder management, communication skills, MS office.

(YOUR ‘OKR’ SUMMARY):
OKR means Objective and Key Results. 
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on operational, tactical and strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and supporting interventions for business and people success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Overview of responsibilities; 
- Recommend, develop, and implement new HR systems and processes as required to grow the business. This will be over and above maintaining/refining/auditing the current set processes to ensure highest level of HR service level excellence 
- Experience with core HR domains, across the employee experience cycle and hand on experience managing transactions and initiatives. Some key areas to include; talent recruiting, pre/post on-boarding, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compliances, HRMS implementation etc. 
- Influence business and talent initiatives that support our short and long-term business goals, including driving practices that enable high performance and operational excellence 
- Partners with assigned managers and groups to assist in building high-performing work teams including well-crafted HR Initiatives/Company Culture/Learning interventions 
- Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee matters 
- Influence and/or deploy practices to increase employee engagement and satisfaction 
- Experience influencing and advising executive leadership on talent and employment matters. Provides insight and support to management through regular (formal and informal) on employee pulse, feedback, insights and build rapport to be a trusted partner. 
- Good handle in the area of emerging HR practices, Laws etc and willingness to try out and implement creative ideas and initiatives towards meeting business and employee success goals. 
- Collaborates with the Head of HR, as appropriate, to identify the problem and determine the best course of action. Communicates resolution, follows up with managers to monitor employee progress, and documents events and actions in writing 
- Providing HR business partner support to technical and functional teams in providing excellent employee experience
- Professional social media branding and positive projection of Life @ FYNDNA 
- Impressive and persuasive stakeholder management with associated talent fulfilment partners, vendors, employee community in accomplishing HR goals.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 
The candidate will be expected to be proficient in the following: 
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/IR or similar field 
- 10+ years’ experience in human resources and working exposure in managing entire employee life cycle management or key parts of it. 
- Demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies and proven ability to maximise pre hire retention success in partnership with recruitment team 
- An employee experience caring enthusiast 
- Attention to detail and good judgement with ability to self-manage projects. Bias for closure is critical. 
- Being organised and able to prioritise is vital, as is having good communicative and relationship building skills, as you will work with various people across the whole business 
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, communications skills and ability to convert data (quantitative/qualitative) from various areas into actionable insights and implement changes 
- Interpersonal with good communicative skills 
- Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel, etc. 
- HR experience in a tech start-up or high growth company (preferred)
